By booking our services, the customer agrees to the following terms.

RENTAL PRICING TERMS

Electric Golf Cart Rental starts from ₹9,000/- only
Final pricing depends on availability, season, location, duration, and usage type
Peak season (weddings/events) may have revised pricing
Driver and transportation charges are not included unless specified
All quotations are valid for a limited confirmation period

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Booking is confirmed only after mutual agreement
Advance payment may be required for reservation
Vehicle allocation is subject to availability
Last-minute bookings depend on fleet availability

USAGE TERMS

Vehicles must be used only for agreed purpose
Misuse, overloading, or unauthorized use is not allowed
Vehicles are intended for short-distance mobility only
Operating area must be safe and suitable for electric vehicles

DRIVER & OPERATION TERMS

Driver service is optional and chargeable separately
If driver is provided, operational control remains with trained personnel
Customer must ensure proper coordination at site

TRANSPORTATION TERMS

Transportation of golf carts to location is chargeable
Distance, route, and logistics affect transport cost
Loading/unloading assistance may be required at site

DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Customer is responsible for damage caused due to misuse
Normal wear and tear is covered under maintenance
Any accidental damage will be assessed and charged accordingly
Company is not responsible for external site conditions affecting operation

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation terms depend on booking stage
Advance payments may be non-refundable in peak season
Rescheduling is subject to availability

FORCE MAJEURE

Service delays due to weather, transport issues, or external conditions are not under control
In such cases, alternative arrangements may be offered based on availability
